'Follows the Grand Union Canal towpath and then takes to undulating farmland and villages. It is named after the Dukes of Grafton who were large land-owners in the southern part of the county throughout the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries.'

The open countryside of the Ouse and Tove Valleys gives extensive views across North Buckinghamshire and into Northants, with the distinctive spire of Hanslope Church the central feature. The route is open to horseriders, pedal cyclists and walkers and uses a combination of metalled and unmetalled roads and tracks, and headland and crossfield bridleways.'
'Uses existing footpaths. A new Waymarker has been placed along the route. When you see the Oakleaf symbol just follow the direction of the arrow on the host waymarker.'
