Christian Walking Clubs
'The Christian Walking Club (known as the Christian Rambling Club from its foundation in 1981 until May 2013) aims to provide opportunities to enjoy walking at the weekend whilst still having Christian fellowship. We organise a programme of walking weekends and weeks away throughout the year in many parts of the UK ... We also have a fairly extensive network of Local Groups who organise day walks at the weekend, usually on a Saturday, once a month in their local area and occasional weekends away. The Local Groups are run independently of the national club.'

We also walk Long Distance Walks in stages over two to four years.'

We warmly welcome non-Christians to meets and members are encouraged to bring non-Christian friends to meets thus introducing them to a Christian community.'

'Every Sunday regardless of weather we walk in a wide variety of locations in the Home Counties. We usually meet at a Central London Station and take a train to the beginning of the ramble ... The weekly ramble is the backbone of our activities. We organise regular social events including parties at Christmas and New Year. We also organise occasional walking weekends and holidays.'
