Basildon & District Rambling Club

'We walk every Saturday afternoon throughout the year commencing at 2pm. Most walks are within Essex with its wonderfully varied scenery and are usually between 4 to 5 miles in distance. Occasionally we travel by coach to other areas and organise walking holidays. We also have some longer walks in London on Sundays and in the summer there are a few evening walks. After each walk there is an opportunity to relax in a local public house and have a drink in the company of friends.'
